Who I am and what I do?

Kim's Birthday Treasures is a children's party planning business . The business is family owned and operated by Kim McNeil, a Party Planner and a Recreational Therapist.  Kim has a  Parks and Recreation Degree from Eastern Ky University and was certified as a Therapeutic Recreational Specialist before taking on her current job as a stay at home mother.  During college Kim did internships at a Rehab facility, Nursing Home and a Girl Scout Summer Camp Program.  After college Kim did consulting  for  Adult Day Care Programs, Assisted Living  , and Retirement Communities.  You may ask what this has to do with children's parties? Kim has been organizing parties based on themes and age levels for many years now!  Having three children of her own she knows how important it is to treasure every moment and make as many memories as you can.  Kim's Birthday Treasures will help you create memories you and your child will treasure forever!

I offer a unique party service that allows parents to sit back, take pictures, and enjoy the party! You don't have to worry about running around from store to store trying to find everything that goes with your theme.  Each party is personal and customized according to the theme your child chooses.  You don't have to buy a lot of decorations that you know you will never use again because the theme changes with every year they get older. Of course, there are alot of paper and plastic products to choose from.  I have seleced products that coordinate with every theme. Party costumes are designed to be worn over every day clothing and are a great add on to your child's dress up trunk.  I have something for everyone and everyone's budget.  If you have  any questions about the party packages we can work out a party plan that works for you!

What is the Plan for the Future?

Eventually I would like to open a Birthday Facility when my children all get in school, until then I will bring the party to your home or facility of choice!!!
